It was a beautiful, humid, 60+ degree weather at the Oval Office this morning.  Running in this weather doesn’t necessarily make for fun runs.  Either way, four PAX showed up to put in some work.

The focus for today was to have everyone focus on increasing their running cadence.  This is something YHC is working on and wanted to provide a workout for everyone else to try.

8 x 60 seconds fast (fast feet) w/ 30 seconds recovery (still fast feet)

1 x 400m fast feet

3 x 120 seconds fast (fast feet) w/ 60 seconds recovery (still fast feet)

1 x 800m fast feet
