Indian Run

Baseball diamond—With cones, 3 Burpees then 3 Mericans then sprint, shuffle, back peddle.  Then with partners 70 reps of each…Mericans, Flutter Kicks, Freddie Mercuries, Mountain Climbers.  One partner does reps while other partner does suicides.

Cool down: 2 laps around baseball field, then group let cool down exercises.  Announcements/Prayer Requests
