Ruck around to the pickle ball courts
7’s with merkins lunges in between
Ruck to abbey lane 2 rounds of people’s chair while other partner walks with rucks overhead to the crosswalk and back
Balls to the wall with a 5 count with rucks on
Ruck to the senior center parking lot
Carry rucks overhead from one side to the other with 10-tricep extensions at one edge, 10- squats with ruck overhead in the middle, 10-man makers at the other edge. Rucked back around the parking lot near the flag and completed another round with curls for the girls added and led by Haavaad. All exercises were IC
Circle up to finish with 20 merkins led by Gunny and 50 LBC’s led by Corncrake.
