Ruck Ready

YHC arrived at Alice Keene Park to find shovel flag had already been planted. Duff, Joker, and Pied Piper arrived early for extra credit and made it back to the shovel flag in time to join up with five other PAX. We had two guests this morning, most likely the first females to post for an F3 workout. From the Joker household, we had Sofie (Bear head) and Grace (Cat Bird) accompany us in the gloom. With two sand tubes and a bucket full of weight in tow as coupons, we started promptly at 0530 hours. Our first stop was the south side of Wintergreen Elementary School for 7’s with merkins at one end and burpees at the other, lunging in between. We rucked behind the school and before leaving the school grounds we completed the Tunnel of Love. Once arriving at the gravel lot beside Alice Keene we divided into teams of four and held a relay race with sand tubes around the parking lot. Squats were executed during the relay. We arrived back at the shovel flag at 6:15.
