1/2 mile in we paused for Peer Planks (1 min.) and Inchworm Merkins (5)

Shuffle 1/2 mile to predetermined Coupon location.

Heavy Stuff (Litter, 110# gravel bag, 80# sandbag, 60# sandbag, 4 40# sandbags, 2 7′ 8×8 ST poles, 25# Short F3 Pipe)

Over the remaining mile the PAX would move swiftly carrying coupons.  Our goal was to keep the pace with well executed rotations.  We even got ahead and were required         to halt and perform 10 Hallelujahs IC with coupons. We resumed our march and finished at Old Glory with 10 Squats IC with coupons.  1 mile in 15:30 – GREAT JOB!
