A couple of weeks ago, I overslept my Ruck Ready Q after a long night with little man and being sick. This was my makeup Q, thankful for Blueprint giving me the opportunity to come back out to Q!

The Thang:

10 Second Hold-10 Reps-10 Second Hold

Ruck Overhead No Surrender

Ruck Burpees

Thrusters

Merkins

Pickup the sandbags 2-2 and head over to Wintergreen

4 Rounds of partner cleans and ruck overhead. Ruck a lap after each complete each exercise. We did 5,10,15,25.

Ruck back to the flag stopping once for 10 merkins and 5 ruck burpees.

Finish with 2 minutes of merkins and 2 minutes of sit-ups.

Great work men, you all crushed it today!
