Grabbed coupons 2 posts, 1 log, 2-60Lb sand bags linked together, 1 Pipe, and the team weight. Off we go rotating coupons as needed. We get to the back of AK and put coupons down in orderly fashion.
Line up side by side and crab walk to the soccer goal while remaining together as a team. 15 Squats
Duck walk back to sideline together as a team.
YHC wanted to instill some team building so I decide to get the PAX to do an inchworm. For those of you who do not know what this is, please let me explain. Everyone lines up with their legs on the shoulders of the man behind them. Everyone is in a nice line hence inch worm. Once we are all in place we perform 1 Merkin together. This is certainly an area that needs work from all PAX. Hint for future Q’s of this AO.
After we failed miserably at the inch worm, we picked the coupons back up and kept moving.
We make it back to the concessions stand and drop coupons.
We did peoples chair while each PAX counted a 5 count.
Coupons up, move together back to the flag.
Our last objective was to unlock the combination. I asked DEX to give me a number between 1 and 30. He chose 24. Pied Piper chose 8, and Bono, without me asking for his input, chose 2.
The idea to the combination lock is everyone locks arms and gets into the low squat position. We, as a team, have to hop right 24 times, left 8 times, and right 2 times. You can now see why Bono spoke up.

2 minutes to spare so we do 10-No Surrenders IC and 10 Curls for the Girls IC.

EEC: Bono, Pied Piper, See Through, Vanilla completed “The Deuce” immediately after the workout. This involved 100 Burpees, Run 1 Mile, 50 Burpees, Run 1 Mile. We all completed under the Time hack. Good Work Men

Ma Bell’s Wife and 2.0’s traveling to Florida.T-Bone’s 2.0 Jack suffered a broken nose and has to get it reset. Hot Spot’s 2.0 has applied to the School of Science and Math. They find out this afternoon. Dr. Randy Parker and his battle with cancer. My wife’s uncle is in the hospital needing a liver transplant but is not strong enough for the surgery. The Lilly Family that was involved in a head on collision on highway 33 last Thursday. The wife and 2 children are having major surgeries due to extensive injuries.

Hot Spot has Q at Build Up and String Bean has Q at The School Yard. Jock Itch has All Balls. Hiney and 2.0 are Qing at 116 this Saturday for a 2.0 workout at 0630.

Jock Itch originally asked me to Q 2 weeks ago but was forced to cancel due to Lightning. I wanted to incorporate some things from the GoRuck Tough we completed a few weeks back. I learned a lot over the 12 hours with our brothers and thought it would be selfish if I didn’t share with others who were not fortunate enough to join us that night. I have a new respect for team building and completing things as a team. I think it’s important. When you are in tough situations like we were in with the GoRuck event, your team is all you got. Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him.
