Since the knee hasn’t been working to well lately YHC had to focus this Ruck workout above the waist.  Needless to say, it was very enjoyable.  The shoulders and arms were burning by sunrise.

We started with the pledge and got into it from there.

After a little warm up we lined up 2 x 2 and headed around the premises.  We carried rucks overhead the distance of the woods line.  Got in many merkins and found how much ruckers love to crab walk.

I enjoyed this Q and the mumblechatter was awesome.
