YHC was asked by Closed Hand to take over the Ruck U workout because he was still recovering from being sick.  This is ideal situation because the workout was already created for me I just needed to execute the game plan.  Bush, Early Bird and YHC met for extra credit prior to the workout (5 miles). A total of 9 PAX posted.

At the commons go over and line up against the stage.
Bear Crawl up to the gravel path, 10 merkins and walk back to the stage
Lunge walk to the gravel path, 10 merkins walk back to the stage
Extend rucks out in front walk to gravel path, 10 merkins and walk back to stage with rucks out in front
Rucks overhead, walk to path, 10 merkins and walk back with rucks overhead.

While we were in the courtyard there were some walk of shame candidates that made their way across.  Splinter reminded us later that is someone daughter and someone’s future wife.

Grab coupons, line up 2 by 2 and head towards campus. Going down 1st St and taking a right on Jarvis St to campus. When you get to campus got to the cupola. Using the light post like we do BLIMPS use this rotation
Round 1. Planks Jacks at each light post in increments of 4. 4,8,12,16 & 20
Round 2. Mountains Climbers at each post in increments of 4
