Before I dive into this backblast I would like to thank Boston Lager for allowing me to Q this workout! it’s my favorite AO!

WARM UP:
10 high knees (OYO)
10 side-straddle hops (In cadence)

THE THANG:
– Run from S Elm St to 14th St.
– Run down 14th St. toward Charles Blvd (rally back for the six)
– Continue down Charles Blvd to 10th St.
– Run down 10th St. to College Hill
– Enter Flood

Once the PAX made it to the floor lot we split into 2 groups of 4, dividing the PAX based off speed or lack of.
– Complete a relay race — winner has to complete 10 push ups, losers were required to complete 5 burpees (oyo)

We completed 2 races which was roughly .5 miles.

Head back to Site — College hill -> 10th St. -> S. Elm St. -> Site Flag

Slim Jim praised mother nature for offering us a beautiful warm morning, despite a few inches of cold rain we endured.
