Do to technical difficulties at work YHC got ahead start and was at the stadium early for once. All of the PAX showed up before the clock struck 4:15 so the fun began right on time.

Starting on the press box side,  the following was performed at every other row:

Every step to the top, performed 15 upright rows using the hand rails near the bottom.

Every other step

Criss cross left leg first

Cross cross right leg first

Lunge up every other step

repeat the following sequence to the top; every other step right leg / left leg, hop 2 steps

-Mosey to the ramp

BLIMPS up the ramp (perform 5 at the end of each level; repeat sequence until the top is reached)

Burpees, Low country crab, Imperial walkers, Monkey squats, Power merkins, SSH

@The upper deck

Every step / Every other row

Repeat BLIMPS down the ramp

-Mosey to the upper deck stairway

Performed Burpees up the steps for the first 6 flights, walk/lunge up the last 4 flights using every 3rd step

10 Rounds of Mary

The PAX took turns naming an exercise at each level on the way down (box cutters, flutter kicks, puppets, the edge (formerly known as Bono’s), LBC’s, X’s & O’s, 1 min Chillcut plank (held low), leg climber toe touches, reverse toe touches and reverse crunches.

It never got old during Mary to see the ENC Crossbones logo get transferred from ones sweaty t-shirt onto the concrete.  Ever since the Sasquatch when this was noticed on the Elm St tennis courts I have to look down following a round of Mary to see if the perfect print has been transferred. Following the final round of Mary I believe it was Mellow Johnny or Mr Belding that stretched out to relax for a moment, when he stood up we looked down to notice what looked like either a crime scene or a wet shadow. That sight came to mind just before writing this BB and I decided to call this phenomenon of leaving a complete upper body imprint on the concrete (asphalt, picnic table, etc…) a sweat angel.

Excellent Job by the PAX today, the workout was fast pace and there was very little recovery time needed. It was hot and humid but the PAX showed lots of heart and pushed through.
