Start at the concourse and take every stair to the top of section 12, perform 12 Air Squats and return down section 13 to the concourse and perform 12 more. Al Gore for the Six.

Start at the concourse and take every stair to the top of section 14, perform 14 Jump Squats and return down section 15 to the concourse and perform 14 more. Al Gore for the Six.

Start at the concourse and take every stair to the top of section 16, perform 16 Sumo Squats and return down section 17 to the concourse and perform 16 more. Al Gore for the Six.

Start at the concourse and take every stair to the top of section 18, perform 18 Foot Release Squats and return down section 19 to the concourse and perform hold People’s Chair for 18 HC. Al Gore for the Six.

Start at the concourse and take every stair to the top of section 20, perform 20 Duke Squats and return down section 21 to the concourse and perform 20 more. Al Gore for the Six.

Start at the concourse and take every stair to the top of section 21, perform 22 Agitator Squats and return down section 22 to the concourse and perform 22 more. Al Gore for the Six.

Mosey to the Ramp

Alternate going up the ramp forward till you reach the wall, then reverse till the next wall. Rinse and Repeat to the top. Plank for the Six.

Start at the concourse and take every stair to the top of section 213, perform 13 American Hammers and return down section 214 to the concourse and perform 13 more. Plank for the Six.

Start at the concourse and take every stair to the top of section 214, perform 15 Mountain Climbers and return down section 215 to the concourse and perform 15 more. Plank for the Six.

Start at the concourse and take every stair to the top of section 215, perform 17 Peter Parkers and return down section 216 to the concourse and perform 17 more. Plank for the Six.

Start at the concourse and take every stair to the top of section 216, perform 19 In & Outs and return down section 217 to the concourse and perform 19 more. Plank for the Six.

Start at the concourse and take every stair to the top of section 217, perform 21 Freddy Mercury’s and return down section 218 to the concourse and perform 21 more. Plank for the Six.

Start at the concourse and take every stair to the top of section 218, perform 23 WWI Sit-up’s and return down section 219 to the concourse and perform 23 more. Plank for the Six.

Start at the concourse and take every stair to the top of section 219, Hold Left Plank for 25 HC and then Hold Right Plank for 25 HC, return down section 220 to the concourse and Hold Plank for 25 HC and then Hold Chilcutt for 25 HC.

Alternate going down the ramp backward till you reach the wall, then forward till the next wall. Rinse and Repeat to the bottom. Plank for the Six

Awesome to have Nutmeg back again this week and he got to explore the Upper Deck. He is also in search of #ThePlank.

All you others unmentioned are regulars and almost expect you to be there (as much as YHC can expect).

YHC was taxed along with the PAX. There was little to no down time. We are fighting to mold ourselves into better men and YHC wasn’t going to take it easy…
