After a one week hietus from the stadium, YHC was ready to log some miles and work in a killer ab routine. Some of the Pax were running a little behind so we waited until about 4:20, once everyone arrived we were off.

Run from the stadium to the last picnic shelter at Elm St park and perform the following

-5 Pull-ups, 10 single leg lunges (left leg using the table), 5 Pull-ups, 10 Single leg lunges (Right leg)

Run to the Cul-de-sac along the Greenway behind St James for the following

-10 Burpees, 90 sec plank variations

Run to Green Springs Park for Absapalooza

Each of the  following were perform at the picnic shelter: (20 ct. I/C)

-Flutter Kicks, Hello Dolly’s, WWI’s, Supermans, Reverse Crunches, WWII’s, the Edge (45 seconds),    Box Cutters, Rosallita’s, J-Lo’s.

Run back up the Greenway to the Stadium.

Impressive work put in by everyone today. We ran 3.7 miles and put in some heavy duty ab work. Tuna was pumped that he ran farther than he has in a long time. I predict a 5k race in the near future for Tuna. Mellow Johnny charged through the run despite battling a nagging foot injury. Cousin IT  is always a trail blazer and provided the push YHC needed to keep a good pace throughout the run.
