BOM-

Spartan this weekend, Family Day at Tin Man’s on 9/27- sign up on sign up genius, $5 per family, Many 5K races coming up.

Prayer Request- Friend of Cousin IT with family trouble, child with tumor, loved ones and friends battling cancer.

YHC wasn’t too please with the flow of the workout. I’ll take a mulligan and find my groove next time. Lot of opportunities at this AO, YHC just has to figure ways utilized as many as possible the most in the time we have. Cousin IT will lead the charge next week and show the Pax how it’s done.
