YHC had a little bit of a struggle coming up with this route. Trying to get 6 miles was proving to be a challenge as I didn’t want to make too many turns for the Pax.

The Thang:

We headed out on Greenville Blvd. and took a right down Arlington Blvd, took another right on Mulberry and looped through the apartments and then ran down the backside of the businesses on Arlington. We then crossed over to Children’s World and headed down towards Firetower. This gave the six plenty of distance to keep the faster Pax in site and for everyone to stay together. We then made a left by Bojangles on Smythewyck Dr. and ran all the way to Charles Blvd, took a left and returned back on Turnbury Dr. After going back for the six at the stop signs, we made a right back on to Arlington Blvd. and headed back down to Wedgewood Dr. where we made a right, crossed over Red Banks onto Wall St. Taking a right, we then crossed over Charles Blvd. and continued on to Elm St.

This is where I knew we were ahead of schedule and had time to burn. Instead of taking a left on Greenville Blvd and heading back to the flag, I called an audible to navigate around the Forest Hills area to pick up a little more distance, with navigation assistance by Petey. After popping back out on to Greenville Blvd, we made a right and headed back to the flag with short little detour around the Staple’s and Old Navy shopping centers to finish those last miles.

Leaky Faucet decided to take the long way as he picked up the pace to cruise around the Lynndale Shops. We all made it back just past 7am.

Moleskin:

It’s difficult to plan routes when you don’t know the Pax that will show up. Fortunately, the group that posted stuck it out together for the most part and no one got lost.
