Made my return to the Gloom to Q my site after taking some time out due to work and to limit exposures. It sure was good to be back. This is what went down…

Warm-up- Pledge of Allegiance, Stretch OYO, SSHx20, hallelujahsx15, arm circles (front and back)x15, 4 count merkinsx18

At the stairs we did 7s. Man makers at the bottom, squats at the top.

at the meadow we also did 7s. lieutenant Dans on one side. sprinted to the other side and did burpees. mosey back to original side.

we hit the wall to hold people’s chair while each man did x10 squats. same thing for BTTW while each man did x5 merkins

at the tennis courts we did 4 corners. alternating between x30 LBCs and x15 4 count Freddie Mercurys at each corner. rinse and repeat.

Staying at the tennis courts we finished up with suicides. sprinting to each baseline, then moseying/walking back. mosey to flag at 0616. 1 minute late, but it was a minute to get faster and stronger. Everyone put in serious work this morning!

COT/BOM-    Prayers- Patches M and 2.0 restoring their relationship, Underdog’s son just got his license, the Mother in indianapolis who was murdered, first responders and health care workers during this difficult time, our country and to show peace and love to all.

It was great to be back with my brothers this morning after being out so long. Life for me has been very busy and stressful ever since COVID started. During my time out I realized how much of a positive impact F3 provides for me, and I desperately needed the fellowship with my brothers.
