Ratched reached out to YHC the other week to grab a Q in July, of course YHC jumped on it and took 7/1. 17 strong showed up for Chimi’s return to the Clydesdales.

Tha Thang

Upon our arrival at gate 6, first thing on the agenda was a round of 11’s with Irkins and Step Ups, lunging in between exercises

Next, we moseyed to the Minges Meadow for two rounds of 4 corners

  • 1st corner – Squats
  • 2nd corner – merkins
  • 3rd corner – mountain climbers
  • 4th corner – LBC’s

After both rounds, we moseyed to the Pirate Statue. Here, YHC instructed for the PAX to Partner up for a round of B.O.M.B.S. 1st partner would do exercises, while the 2nd partner would run up and down Murphy Mountain. Exercises were:

  • B – Burpees, 50 total reps
  • O – Overhead Claps, 100 total reps
  • M – Merkins, 150 total reps
  • B – Big Boy Sit Ups (we did LBCs for the sake of time), 200 reps
  • S – Squats, 250 reps

Unfortunately, we all did not finish before time expired, therefore we had to do a round of BOOM SQUATS, let by Show Boat.
