Great morning to Q “The Clydesdales” with cool temps.  There was an attempt from the “West Side Story” AO to capture the booty flag, but not enough pax wanted it bad enough to show up.  It stays with “The Clydesdales”.

The Thang

-Took a lap around the stadium and stopped at each odd numbered gated to do 3 burpees (JMU scored 3 more TD’s than ECU).  Al Gored for the 6 at gate 6.

-The next exercise was performed at the concrete benches at gate 6.  We started with 5 dips on one side of the bench then went up and over the bench to perform 5 squat jumps.  Repeated with 10, 15 and 20. (ECU lost by 20 to JMU)  Planked with hands on the bench for the 6.

-We moseyed over to Minges Meadow for the next round.  Each pax ran across the meadow to parking lot and completed 5 merkins .  We continued this back and forth of merkins with counts of 10, 15 and 20. (Remember lost by 20) Al Gored for the 6.

-Decided to stay at the meadow and do the same exercise.  This time we replaced the merkins with LBC’s.  Chill cut for the 6.

-Moseyed over to Mount Murphy for more 5,10,15 and 20.  We did hallelujahs at the top of stairs and X’s O’s at the bottom.

-Went over to hill by tennis courts. Ran down the hill and bear crawled back up. Once at the top we performed WWII’s.  Still doing 5 10 15 20.

-Moseyed back to benches @ gate 6 and partnered up. Pax A performed step ups on the bench while pax B did imperial walkers around the circle.  Completed 3 sets.  Done 6:15.
