Ran hard at the Collard patch this am! Workout below:

Warm up – Tonka (Good mornings, squats, pushups)

Ran around the track twice for a total of 4 rounds (0.25 miles/lab x 8laps = 2 miles). In between each round we did Cindy (modified to accommodate my love for pull-ups): Jump squats, push-ups, pull-ups (10 reps/each). All 4 rounds were done “On your own”, also known apparently as OYO.

Partner sprints were next. The non-running partner did 15 push-ups and then held plank until the running partner made it back. Total of 5 rounds. Total running distance when both workouts were combined was ~ 3 miles.

Tonka said I have to finish with abs…..so we finished up with 15 x WWIs and 15 x flutter kicks. All in all it was pretty epic!
