Warm Up

  • Lap around the track

Mosey to the picnic shelter for a round of 7s, Irkins and WWI’s

Mosey to the football field for 4 corners, run the length of the field, bear crawl the width (end zone). Exercises at each corner

  • Merkins
  • Squats
  • WWII
  • Plank Jacks

Completed 3 rounds, increasing reps with each round (5, 10, 15)

Grab a rock and line up in the end zone. With rocks overhead, walk the distance of the field to the opposite end zone. Circle up for exercises (3 rounds of 5/10/15 reps)

  • Burpee, jump over rock, burpee
  • Curls for the girls
  • Squat Thruster

Return rocks, then mosey one more lap and finish at the picnic shelter for one more round of 7s: Step Ups and American Hammers

Finish at the flag for a little Mary
