I’ve been fartsacking a lot lately and Scotty Moe never lets me live it down.  He asked if I would take the Q today and knowing it’d get me out of the fartsack I obliged.  Thank you Scotty Moe for always EH me!

Warm Up:

The Thang:

  • Tortoise and the Hare B.O.M.B.S.
    • Partner up.  One puts on a rucksack and starts walking.  Partner 2 begins exercise then chases down partner 1.  Upon catching your partner, switch!  Repeat until all exercises have been done 5 times by each partner.
      • 5 Burpees (50 per pair)
      • 10 Outlaws (100 per pair)
      • 15 Merkins (150 per pair)
      • 10 Big Boy Sit-ups (100 per pair) [Modification 30 LBCs]
      • 25 Squats (250 per pair)
    • Pax left the Doughnut Shop and headed towards the ball fields.  Continued down Ryon Drive into Eaglebrook subdivision passing several F3 brothers’ residences.  Pax continued past the walking trail and on to Main Street.  Once back at the Doughnut Shop, exercises were completed as we circled the commons.  Pax completed all exercises with no time left for Mary!

Moleskin

  • As I came up with the Thang this past week, I thought it wouldn’t take long to complete so I came up with a new exercise/workout.  We didn’t even get to start it!  The pax had a good pace and we finished right at 6:15am.  I’m always worried that my workouts won’t be long enough and I’ll have to go to Plan B.  Luckily, I haven’t had to use it yet but next time Plan B will be the Thang!  Get ready for C.L.O.W.N.S…T-Claps to Scotty Moe for staying on me to return to the Gloom!
