Given all the new faces at F3 ENC lately, I figured I’d reprise some of the features of a Q I did several years ago that was a good one. Here’s how it went down:

THE THANG

  • Merkin Ladder
    • Mosey from one tree to the other, do 20 merkins, bear crawl back, do 19 merkins, mosey up for 18, bear crawl back for 17, etc., until finished.  Pyramid back up for the 6.
  • Take a lap
  • Workout w/ kettlebells – 2x
    • 35 curls
    • 30 overhead press
    • 25 upright rows
    • 20 tricep extensions
    • 15 sumo high-pulls
    • 10 diamond merkins
  • Hand release merkin/Chilcutt 11s
  • Mary

Prayer requests and announcements shared. It was great to Q again – probably been 6 or 8 months since YHC led a workout. Will try not to take such a long hiatus next time!
