Warm Up:

At 5:30 we left the flag and moseyed to the track. We did warm up lap around the track and circled up.  We did a set of 20 SSHs and a 12 merkins.

The Workout:

We left the track and moseyed to the bleachers for 11s my way.  We start at the bottom with one rep up to the top for the 2nd rep, then up and down until you get to 11. We did a set of dips and squats. We finished this part with a set of 20 flutter kicks.

Back to the track for a lap.

We lined up side by side on the track to start the next sets of 11s.  We did one rep, run across the field and do the 2nd rep.  Back and forth until we reach 11. We did a set of plank jacks and merkins.

We did a set of 20 WWI sit ups and took the long around the track to the shovel flag.

Nutmeg finished us off with a set of WWII sit ups.

Thanks to the 4 Pax that didn’t let the threat of rain scare them off. Solid workout by all.  If Tonka had showed up I would have robbed him of 25 secs of a workout.
