YHC showed up to Rose at 5 am sharp to await the PAX members. Hat Trick arrived next and we discussed the morning’s beatdown. Upon some discussion The Thang was adjusted to have a bit more running involved. The PAX slowly rolled in and we started at 5:30

Warm-up

  • 21 SSH IC
  • 21 Good Mornings IC
  • Circle Burpee

The Thang

  • The PAX took a lap around the soccer loop(appx 1.5 miles), stopping at every curve and doing 21 exercises OYO.
  • The PAX stopped at the Lacrosse Wall and held People’s Chair while each PAX member took a turn sprinting a lap around the wall. We switched to Balls to The Wall half way through.
  • After the lap was over the PAX made their way to the football field for a round of Dora 1-2-3 with a twist. The exercises were Merkins, WW1 sit ups, and LBCs. The other parter was to bear crawl to the 10 yd line, lunge back, an then sprint to the 50 and back each turn.

I’ve learned that learning to Q is a lot like learning to teach school. It’s a slow, but rewarding process. I couldn’t ask for a better group of men to learn and grow with than what I have gotten through F3. I look forward to more opportunities in the future to hone the craft! Trickle out!
