Other group did 10 box jumps, 10 dips, 10 erkins

Last exercise: Relay Race around baseball field/

FNG: Fertile

Prayer Request: Steamie and Papa Smurf health, flood victims, the positive influence of F3 and family of Nixon Floyd.

Blast: This was the smallest group I had ever seen at F3. I originally thought it would make things silent, boring and not intense. It was the opposite. It was way more personable this way, and also, it allowed for unique opportunities. After the mile run, while we were waiting for the 6, we flipped the heavy tractor tires. Now with 20, we wouldn’t have been able to do this. But the fact we only had 8, we had the opportunity to do something different. Also, there was much more interaction and talking to people you weren’t used to. It was really fun.

Being my second Q, this was much easier mentally. I wasn’t nearly as nervous as the first and I had a blast. Thank you for everyone that showed up. Sorry Fertile for starting your F3 career with lunge/squat day

Sincerely,

G String
