YHC took comfortable run from home to theschoolyard and saw 3 mean looking ruckers with no reflective gear blocking my entrance. I was glowing in NOX Gear and terrified of the sight before me. Once I got close enough it turned out to be just some EC ruckers

Disclaimer given. NO WARM UP!!!! Indian run to Memorial Church. Bear crawl across lot, 1o merkins, lunge back, rinse and repeat twice. Plank for six. Each Pax runs perimeter of lot while remaining pax do various exercises.

Group Run across Gville BLVD. It is dark . Wear reflective gear, lights and bells boys. Did some exercises on side rd. then moseyed to picnic shelter at Peppermint Patties Park. Nice mix of super step ups ( WATCH YOUR HEAD), Irkins, one leg squats, step ups, dirkins , Super step up over and back,etc. Mosey to shuffleboard court. Suicides to each line and back at best pace. Minnesota Fats is very slow . So are the others. Except BEER GARDEN.

Leave Patty and Indian Run to Overlook then turn on Beaumont and stop at first street light. Lunge to each mailbox and do 10 merkins in perpetuity or at least until YHC says halt.  Indian run and turn on Fairview and cross Greenville Blvd again ( BE CAREFUL AND BRIGHT) and continue to Aycock Dr.

On Aycock drive did several exercises including Beer Garden and his burpees  . Mosey to the big Yellow Bus. Peoples Chair ( hands in the air) 10 count each pax. Mosey to side of school and balls to the wall 10 count each pax one way and another 5 count all the way back. Mosey to back of school and did some mary until 6:13 and moseyed to flag. Started last exercise and clock caught us.

Beautiful morning and each pax led some exercises throughout.
