Four Darkside Ruckers showed up at 4:40 for some EC and got 4 miles in prior to the start and when they returned the numbers had grown! Had a plan when YHC thought out the work out but a saw Lachey and the Q juice started flowing – like gamma rays flowing through Bruce Banner. 5:30 hit the clock – disclaimer was given and it began!
