Run around a block, each corner do squats, merkins, lunges – 1st corner 5 of each, 2nd-10, 3rd-15

Run through the neighborhood around 3rd St. School – exploratory run

Jack Webb – 1/5 merkin/hallelujah ratio up to 10/50

Circle of Mary – each PAX led an exercise

Catch me if you can w/2 burpees
