MOLESKIN: I was excited to have the opportunity to Q the 2.0 workout. My first experience was with a vanilla Q this summer. My girls love it. They enjoy the opportunity to “do what daddy does.” Also, they look forward to it. They always ask about posting and are always awake with anticipation the morning of. If you haven’t been, grab your 2.0 and post. It’s a great time. Although it’s intention is fitness, the second F abounds. It’s a great time to interact with your brothers in the gloom and not take yourself so serious. We work hard during the week and the 2.0 workout is a way to add some fun in the mix. Also, my playlist is pretty epic, just ask stabler.
