YHC appreciated the opportunity from Haavaad to VQ Ruck at #116. Logs and tires proved to be a tough challenge and invoked some competition at the end for relay race and even an arm wrestling competition. These 12 dudes got fired up…must have been the cooler weather! Here’s how it went down.

Begin with Pledge of Allegiance

Warm-Up: Good Morning (IC), SSH (IC), Poppin Jacks (IC), Arm Circles Forward & Reverse (IC), Deep Squats (IC).

The Thang:

Rucks On – Bear crawled to bush and back.

Entire Pax performed reps of (15) OYO mixing up Squats, Merkins, Curls for the Girls and Flutter Kicks while awaiting their turn for the tires. One man pulled tractor tire 30 yards around oak tree and back while other man flipped 18 wheeler tire. Each Pax got a turn on both tires.

Pax headed to parking garage with two men carrying each of the two logs. Left log at bottom of stairs and headed up stairs to top of parking deck where various Pax called our rounds of Mary.

Took ramp down at fast pace and again took logs where two Pax jointly performed Curls for the Girls and switched off. On the way back to site, two Pax each carried log on their own and other men performed Indian Run. Showboat took off in a full sprint to Railroad tracks.

Upon returning to flag, Pax separated into two teams for a log relax race around the oak tree. Not quite fair competition as one log was significantly heaving than other. Men really pushed through in this event.

Recovered and random Pax called out some final exercises for the morning before circling up for prayer.

Showboat and Cold-Cut got into a heated arm wrestling battle on the picnic table with Stabler officiating. Cold-Cut held his own for a few seconds before Showboat took the victory. Mayhem advised the Pax that he’d heard of study that making love with your spouse at least 21 times a month would boost immune system and Pax entertained tracking mating numbers going forward. Appreciated the chance to lead and everything didn’t go as planned, but men had fun and got in a heck of a workout. TClaps to Bono and Stabler for guidance on Q. Until next time…Poppins
