First I would like to thank Mule for reaching out and giving me the honor to lead all these HIM’s this morning.  I was truly amazed at the support we had this morning with 27 PAX showing up!!  This was my first boot camp Q, so I wanted to make it special/different.  I wanted to use part of the facility we haven’t yet used.  I love golf so, I thought that would be a perfect fit.  We started 5:30AM sharp!!!!  Had a few show up right on time, and @Gundy cost us a burpee for being 30 seconds late.  After that we started the Warm Up:

2 Rounds:

SSH-20 Count

Good Mornings-10 Count

Arm Burners- 10 Count

Butt Kickers- 10 Count

High Knees- 10 Count

Get in teams of 4.

Each team had a team captain with headlamp, scorecard, and a die.

Mosey to the golf course!!!

The Thang:

Playing 9 hole par 3 golf

We had a shotgun shootout.  Each team started on a different hole to allow for some room to play!!!

Each team rolled a die and would then bear crawl to the green and do a corresponding exercise based on their roll.  The amount of reps was determined by their current score for the round.

The exercises were as follows:

  1. Hole in One- Hallelujahs
  2. Birdie- Air Squats
  3. Par- Leg Flutters
  4. Bogey- LBC’s
  5. Double Bogey- Merkins
  6. Triple Bogey- Burpees

So for example, if a team rolled a 3 on the first hole, they would bear crawl to the green and do 3 Leg Flutters.  They would then move on the the 2nd hold and roll again, if they rolled a 5, they would bear crawl to the green and do 8 merkins.

I really enjoyed it, you could hear teams cheering off in the distance when they got a hole in one, and you could also hear them grimacing when someone rolled a 6 and got burpees.

Everyone finished together and right on time.  No time for a cool down.
