25 SSH – IC

Moseyed to softball field.  We got behind the press box and finished our warmups with 5 reps of each exercise in Tha Thang.  5 squats (showed good form), 5 hand release merkins, 5 big boy sit-ups, 5 no surrenders, 5 hand release irkins, 5 wall jumps, 5 hand release dirkins, 5 v-ups, and 5 Bonnie Blairs

Here was the workout as written.  Partner up.  One person runs 400 meters while the other does reps.

Combined reps were:

200 Squats

180 Hand Release Merkins

160 Big Boy Sit-ups

140 No Surrenders

120 Hand Release Irkins

100 Flutter kicks (4 count)

80 Wall Jumps (24 inch jump)

60 Hand Release Dirkins

40 V-ups

20 Bonnie Blairs

With music playing we got after it.  We started exercising about 5:43 and called time at 6:14 to mosey back to the flag.  We were all a long long ways from finishing.  Most got through the Big Boy Situps while a couple of groups almost finished the No Surrenders.  All in all, most ran about 1.25 to 1.5 miles during the workout.  Not a lot of chatter, just a lot of grunt work.  Everyone kept moving and a lot of steam coming off our heads during the name-o-rama.
