We did some simple stretches to loosen up.

The Thang

Yhc had marked off 22 Yards and dropped some coupons at the marker. The coupons included a 5 gallon bucket with concrete, an ammo can with concrete, a tire with sledge hammer, and a center block.

Start at picnic shelter and bear crawl to the marker and do 5 mins of an exercise with the coupons then bear crawl back to the picnic shelter and rinse and repeat until everybody had a turn with each coupon. For the 5 gallon bucket/ ammo can it was make a trip with the coupon around the picnic shelter and back to the marker and do 10 squats. For the tire with sledge hammer do tire strikes. For the center block do kettle bell swings.

After everybody had a turn with each coupon we moved under the shelter.

2 minutes of step up right leg

10 count of “The Edge”

15 erkins

15 WW1 Sit ups

15 Wide Arm Merkins

20 Flutter kicks OyO

Finished up with some Yoga.
