Per usual YHC had issues getting out of the house due to 2.0’s and their lack of responsible, respectful sleep habits/patterns. YHC got to the Fick, set up the board and went to pick up the PAX for some good livin’.

Warm up was to ruck and sandbag up to head to The Pirate statue for marching orders. It was an OYO attack of the killer dry-erase board consisting of 6 rounds of 4 exercises with 25 reps each. After each round PAX were to ruck and sandbag up and complete two sets of stairs before moving on to the next round.

Round 1: Squat, Clean Overhead Press, Good Mornings (all with sandbags x 25) + 2 flights of stairs

Round 2: Deadlift, High Pull, Lunge, Curls (all with sandbags x 25) + 2 flights of stairs

Round 3: Thrusters, Step Ups, Bent Over Rows, Shrugs (all with sandbags x 25) + 2 flights of stairs

Round 4: Front Squat, Ground to Shoulder, Press Outs, Burpee Cleans (all with sandbags x 25) + 2 flights of stairs

Round 5: Clean & Press, Bear Hug Squat, Triceps Extension, Merkins (all with sandbags x 25) + 2 flights of stairs

Round 6: Single Leg Deadlift, Shovels, Sumo Squat, Shoulder to Shoulder (all with sandbags x 25) + 2 flights of stairs
