a few rounds of 5 dead lifts, then 5 cleans and then 5 overhead presses

then to the cones where we bear crawl drag sand bag, we threw the sand bag, we carried them overhead and then lunged with the.

Walked about 1/2 miles and did several more dead lifts, cleans, and presses.

then each pax lead a round of sand bag fun.

There was a little pain involved, but of course I have a lot to live up to!
