1st exercise: Partnered up for sets of 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, and 300 Squats

Indian run to station one: American Hammers (49), flutter kicks, Box cutters, LBCs

Apple Turnover: Bear crawl alternating with Crab walks 3 parking spaces each ( Tap favorite)

Station 2: Imperial Walkers (49), squats, plank jacks

Station 3: Chicken Peckers with each person doing 2 shoulder taps, hallelujahs (49), partner derkins 20 and 10 count each
