The Thang

Moderate mosey to the front parking lot.

Round 1 – We partnered up and while 1 person completed suicides using 3 separate points along the parking lot, the other person performed Merkins until his partner completed his suicides.

Round 2 – Same thing as Round 1 but Squats instead of Merkins. 

Mosey to the playground. We partnered up with different partners and split the following while the other ran a lap around the parking lot.

  1. 50 Swerkins
  2. 100 Squats
  3. 150 LBCs

Here we made one horizontal line with me and Kool Aid at the innermost of the line. Kool Aid and I each had a 25# plate. Kool Aid and I held the 25# plate above our heads and walked a distance of ~30 feet. The others bear crawled along side us. Kool Aid and I then passed the 25# plate to the person next to us, and while they walked with the plate above their head back to the starting point, the rest of us bear crawled alongside. We continued to do this until everybody had a chance to walk with the 25# plate at least once (ended up being ~8).

  1. 50 Flutter Kicks (IC)
  2. 20 Plank Jacks (IC)
  3. 20 Low Slow Squats (IC)
  4. 5 Burpees
