The Thang

YHC wanted to send a message for those men suffering with mental health issues and decided to use the escalator as a metaphor to relay this message.  Instead of starting up the escalator and then coming back down.  I started to start at the top, work our way down, and then back up again.  The symbolism there is we can start out on top and inevitably life events bring us down.  We then rely on our brothers to lift us, and bring us back up.  The point here is that it’s not easy.  We have to work at it.  And once we are back at the top of our mental health, we must work harder than ever to stay there.
