Warm Up:  Pledge; 20 SSH; 5 Pentalty Burpees for Cable being late; 15 Butt Kickers; 1 Burpee For Fun

 

The Thang:  Mosey to the front of the church near Greenville Blvd for Jack Webbs.  Next Mosey to the middle of the church for some BTW; Merkins & WWI.  Each PAX calls out 30 seconds of BTW followed by leading in 5 merkins and 10 WWI.  Next mosey towards the back of the parking lot for bear crawls and burpees.  There are 3 mediums in the parking lot.  Bear crawl to each one and do 5 burpees and run back.  Rinse and repeat.  Finished with some Mary Sprints.  Sprint the parking lot and one PAX leads in a 20 count Mary (3 rounds)

Awesome group of men this morning! Welcome HOT OFF THE PRESS to F3!  I’ve been encouraging him for many months to join us in the gloom and was super excited he posted today and pushed his way through the workout.  Really appreciate Pulp inviting me to Q over at West Side. The Way Finder Challenge (post at 15 different AO’s in a month) by Fruity Pebbles is a fun way to push you outside your comfort zone.  The fun is you get to meet some great men in the community in different areas of town, you may discover that you enjoy rucking, running or burpees at boot camps and at the end of the month you will have worked out at least half the days.  With May 1 being tomorrow, I encourage everyone to give it a try.  You won’t accomplish 100% of the goals you don’t set.
