    • YHC struggled to breathe during it… also struggling to find the winke to remember the exercises
  • Four Corners – YHC chose first exercise, then PAX choice for 3 more
    • Lower Body
    • Upper Body
    • Abs
    • PAX choice
  • YHC had planned to make the PAX do Bear Crawl and Crawl Bear on the soccer field but it was too dark
  • DORA in the parking lot
    • 100 SSH
    • 200 LBC
    • 300 Jump Squats
      • You’d feel like Lieutenant Dan after this… No legs!
  • Round of domino merkins
    • All PAX plank, one PAX does a merkin, then the next, then the next, etc.
  • Mosey back to flag to end with a round of Mary

COT/Prayers and Praises

  • Injured PAX and words of encouragement for other PAX
  • Handy Man and family
  • Praise Ken Burns for first post at The Rush and then getting the legs beat up at West Side
