YHC had a few exercises in mind for this morning, but with incoming heavy rain, an audible was called and 4 PAX moved towards cover.  This is how it went down:

First order of business:  Pledge of Allegiance

Warm Up

The Thang

Mosey around the front parking lot and back to breezeway for 3 rounds of 7s.

  • Round 1: Burpees/Jump Squats – Run back and forth
  • Round 2: SSH/Seal Jacks – Bear Crawl back and forth
  • Round 3: Merkin Jacks/Squats – Lunge back and forth

In between rounds of 7, the PAX took turns rolling the workout cube and leading us in exercises that included Mountain Climbers, Burpees, Jump Squats, Jump Lunges, Side Planks, Wall Sits, and more.  I know I’m forgetting a few.

Cool down walk back around to the flag with mix of Hallelujahs and Iron Cross.
