After calling in sick last Friday 12 hrs. before my Q, I was ready as ever when this Friday came along. I heard yesterday was a beatdown, so I tired not be too hard on the Pax. Today workout was Pick a Number, 7 Pax show up for a beat-down at #WestSideStory

Mosey to the soccer field, I ask Hotspot to pick a number he pick 5 (he later regret picking #5) Then I ask Cousin IT to pick a number and he choose 3, 5 *3 is 15. So we are doing 15 suicides. You to run to the other side, do 15 dips run back and do 15 Merkins. We done this for 20 minutes, then we move on to the main event…
We mosey to the school parking lot.
Last night I found an exercise call the Wall of Jericho. It was 7 laps and 7 different exercise.
I ask Hacksaw to pick a number and he choose 5, since hotspot choose 5 too. We were doing 25 reps of each exercise…

1st Lap-25 Grave Diggers:
2nd Lap: 25 Merkins: This is when Cousin It decide to take off his pants… It was getting too hot for him.
3RD Lap: 25 Squats…
4TH Lap: No exercise
5TH Lap: 25 Leg Lunges:
6th and 7th Lap: No exercise.
With that the Pax has finish the Wall of Jericho, while we did not bring down the wall, we did bring down Cousin IT Shorts.

I enjoy doing the Q today, I only have few weeks left before I move to Florida to Pensacola Christian College. So it was good seeing the pax today and leading this workout. If you were had told me 4 months ago, when Cousin IT invited me to my first workout with F3, I never would have though I be Q a workout. This was my 2nd Q in many times. I have enjoy it and looking forward to working out during the next few months before I leave..
