As soon as I stepped out of my car this morning, the PAX was giving me a hard time about Qing a bootcamp workout.  YHC has been on the run for a few months now so my ability was in question.  As soon as the count begins, it all comes back.

Warmup

  • 15 IC Seal Jacks
  • 10 IC Merkins
  • 10 IC Squats (The Q’s form was in questions by a few PAX.  Not for depth but for level of intimacy)

The Thang

Run long way to the workout equipment only to see a pool surrounding the pull up bars.

3 Rounds of…

  • 5 Burpees
  • Run through the middle of the circle to the other side
  • 1st rd = 3x, 2nd rd = 2x, 3rd rd = 1x
    • 10 Jump Squats
    • 15 Merkins
    • 20 American Hammers

Run to the Shelter

Fantastic Four

  • Rep Scheme is 40-30-20-10 of the following four exercises
    • Alternating Step Ups
    • Bench Dips
    • Hanging Knee Raises
    • Walking Lunges

Run to the flag and ground facing SSH for the six.
