At 5am Past Due and myself started with a nice 2.25 mile run around ECU. This was to get the blood flowing until the workout started at 5:30am. Soon the other man came to join us for the fun and what fun we happen.

DA WARM – 20 merkins!!!!!!!! This ain’t a String Bean workout.

DA THUNG – Run to the top of college hill

  • Do “The Walk of Shame” – in this exercise we do 10 fat boy pull-ups at the top of college, followed by 10 step-up (each leg).  Next run to the bottom of College hill and do 5 pull-ups and 20 WWII. Raise and repeat as many time as you can for 25 minutes!
  • At the top of College we did a 3 minute bear crawl between walls, which is bear crawling forward to one wall and crawl backwards to the wall. Keep this up for three minute, which you will never see String Bean do.
  • Lastly run back to the flags and do 5 minutes of Mary
