mosey to far end of lot for 20 WWII’s
rinse/repeat 2 more times
Rocks overhead recovery walk to main drive way
Lunge walk with rock to 2nd light pole
15 bend over rows
Rocks overhead walk stopping at next 2 light poles for 15 more bend over rows each
Return coupon to rock pile and 1 lap around track to flag
finished up with 4 minutes of Mary (flutter kicks, Freddie Mercury’s, J Lo’s)
