Pax came out and supported the VQ at The School Yard.  It was a learning experience for the VQ and a heck of workout.

Warmup: 15 side straddle hops, 15 squats, 10 merkins.  Moseyed to the track.

The Thang:

  • Run half lap around track and stopped for 20 burpees.
  • Run 2nd half around track and stopped for 20 World War I’s
  • Starting at endzone, 10 lunges, 10 squats.  Repeated until reached opposite endzone
  • Coming back, run to 50 yard line and stop for 10 merkins
  • From 50 yard line to endzone, 11s of American slammers and World War I’s
  • From sideline to sideline, 7s of merkins and squats
  • One more lap around the track and back to the flag
  • Back at the flag, flutter kicks and box cutters

Lesson:  Before you Q, practice the weinke before you deliver it to make sure you won’t always be the six!
