Always love the Q. But it was tough when I had to be on the road to Greensboro by 645. Still I did not let that stand in my way. I was a little extra pumped after I saw the smack talking by San Fran. One day I will show San Fran what a REAL Q is like.

The Workout:  Had to be changed at the last minute. The soccer field was WAY too dark and I was afraid of who I was going to lose.

Lt. Dans out to the police car.

After being talked out of lifting up the police car and moving it, we met at the light.

3 rounds of each exercise at each lightpole: Merikans, Burpees and Jumpsquats

1st round: 5 reps

2nd round: 10 reps

3rd round: 15 reps

Then we ran to the closest building and did:

Balls to the wall,

10 shoulder taps,

Balls to the wall,

20 shoulder taps,

Balls to the wall,

30 shoulder taps,

Balls to the wall.

Next we did an Indian run around the church.

We stopped at the back parking lot then we did a series of bear crawls and lunges up the parking lot and back down the parking lot.

Then we did 4 corners of all ab work for 10 minutes.

1st corner: 10 WWII,

2nd corner: 10 WWI,

3rd corner: 10 Flutter kicks,

4th Corner: Dying cockroaches.

Last, we ran to the flag and did a round of Merikans ( 3 regular, 3 rangers, 3 wide arm, 3 left high, 3 right high, 3 diamond, 3 Aquaman Merikans )

Then I had to leave to go to Greensboro for work.
