Kettle bells and ruck sacks were the order of the day. We had our ruck sacks on the whole workout and then did several rounds of dead lifts, cleans, and overhead presses. Interspersed with some shuffling to get the heart rate up. Then we did four corners on the south side parking lot. At each corner we did three different kettle bell exercises. As all of you know it was a very humid morning and so the work out induced a great amount of sweat. Some mumble chatter about the shuffling with the ruck sacks–but all made it to the finish.
