Ruck up and partner up

We will perform 3 sets of every exercise while partner shuffles or rucks to the tree and back

Round 1- curls/shuffle

Round 2 – thrusters/ruck

Round 3 – lawnmowers/ruck

Round 4 – plank/shuffle

Round 5 – crab plank/shuffle

Round 6 – shoulder press/ruck

Round 7 – bells over head/shuffle

Round 8 – Ruck a lap with bells in curl position/switch half way.
