The Thang

I decided to break out the yard Jenga set.  I thought everyone knew how to play Jenga, take a block out put it on top.  But to me surprise, am I really surprised, ColdCut said he had never played it.  Anyway, the workout started near the flag where the Jenga set was placed in the middle of the Pax.  Each Pax would Bear crawl to the center, take a block, set the block on top, and bear crawl back.  I also had 5 cones set up in a row about 10-15 yds apart.  If a Pax, mostly Coldcut, knocked over the blocks then the rest of the Pax would do Suicides where the cones were set up while the culprit would do 5 Burpees as a penalty and then set the blocks back up.

Each time a Pax successfully moved a block, an exercise was performed in cadence.  We started with 10 merkins, move a block, 15 squats, block, 20 SSH, block, 25 Mountain Climbers, block, 30 LBC’s.  After a round we all would do suicides in the cones.  We continued down the ladder with various other exercises for the 30, 25, 20, 15, and 10 counts.  This went on for several rounds and several times of ColdCut knocking over the blocks, either from really trying to move a block or simulating a child knocking them over just for spite.  Either way a good workout was had.

We finished with about 3 minutes of Mary.

Prayers

Several Pax still injured or going through personal issues.  It was mentioned that we need to reach out to Just the Tip as it has been a while since we heard from him.

Moleskin

This was my first time incorporating Jenga into a workout.  It could use improvement.  I tried to limit down time while a Pax was trying to remove a block.  Maybe next time put the Pax on a time limit and have the other Pax do an exercise while someone is moving a block.
